Week 3 Weigh In

Good morning:) It's 0236 and I'm at work... as usual! Just wanted to write a little blog about my past week and what not.

Two Wednesdays ago I finally went to Trader Joe's and got TONS of stuff!!!

Whole grain bread, low carb tortillas, spinach, asparagus, plums, strawberries, clam chowder, pasta, spaghetti sauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, protein shakes, fish oil capsules, orange chicken, pot stickers, low fat french toast, chili lime chicken burgers, mahi mahi, chicken, Cheddar cheese, skinny fries, almonds, mango creme ice cream bars, frozen mango chunks,  mini cafe twists anddddd... I think that's it!! lol

On Friday I tried the french toast. It's so good! And only 110 calories a slice!!:) I had it with strawberries and a fried (organic brown) egg! I've made some wraps with the tortillas and chicken, grilled the mahi mahi, and snacked on all the little things!:) I'm definitely going to start shopping there more often!

Here's a picture of dinner from Tuesday night. We had the mahi mahi grilled with lemon. It's so good, even just cooked so simple like that! Baby red skin potatoes, and steamed asparagus.

It would have been a really healthy dinner besides that fact that I decided to be bad and have a four loko, along with some bad drinking snacks!!:( So that kinda ruined it. But either way, it was so good!:)

I think I did pretty good exercise wise. I did something every day, except for today of course. I never exercise on weigh in days because I don't want my muscles to retain water, and besides, I barely eat anything on weigh in days!

I mostly did the Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, walking, and running! And the elliptical on Thursday night!!!:) Which made me sweat like CRAZY! It literally felt like someone dumped a bucket of water on me... but that's a good thing!:)

Wednesday night we had grilled chicken breasts, corn on the cob and green beans with my attempt to sliver an almond lol. ONE almond... oh well!:)

That was also the same day we went running/walking on the Wincopin Trail. It's AWESOME! It's pretty long, we did about 2.29 miles. We started off running, then walked for a little. Once it got to really steep hills, we would usually walk. Sometimes it would drop almost straight down! Plus, it was really rocky! But such a great run. It was really shady back there too, so I wasn't dying from the blazing sun!!

There's some cool spots with overlooks that look into the river. So pretty!:) I definitely need to go again, who wants to join me?:)

Ok, time to get on with the weigh in! I STILL haven't been weighing myself at home! It's been great:) No more scale addiction!

Previous Weight - 173.6

Current Weight - 172.2

Weight Lost - 1.4 Pounds

Total Weight Lost - 59.2 Pounds!

So close to my 60 pound mark!!! Ahh! So that's 3 really consistent losses in a row. I'm pretty happy with that!:)

Anyways, I gotta get back to work! Thanks for reading and hopefully by my next blog I will have reached 60 pounds loss!!!:) Oh, and I changed my goal weight from 160 to 150... so we will see!!
